Scott M. Tsukuda, Director of Operations. Mr. Tsukuda received his B.S. and Master’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering from Cornell University. He is certified as an MCSE, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. His current areas of interest include process monitoring and control, and watershed issues. Past research topics have included alternative waste treatment systems, biofilter performance and solids removal. He is a member of the ISA- The Instrumentation, Systems, and Automation Society, and IEEE- The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, and GNEC- The Gateway New Economy Council.
